2.2 One Account Policy
Only one account per person is permitted. Opening multiple accounts using the same person, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all related accounts will be closed and any accumulated bonuses will be forfeited.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; to be eligible to withdraw the bonus, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be placed.
4.2 Other Promotions

4.3 Bonus Rules
- No other bonus can be activated while one bonus is already active.
- Bonuses may only be used in your own account and cannot be transferred.
- Any bonus gained due to a system error is not valid and gold bat may forfeit it.
- If bonus abuse is detected, the account may be closed and the balance forfeited.

5 Gaming and Betting Rules

All games available on gold bat are operated by third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined by an independent random number generator (RNG). If a technical error causes an incorrect payout, gold bat may correct it. gold bat is not responsible for any bets lost due to internet disconnection.
5.2 Sports Betting
For sports betting, a bet is accepted only when gold bat considers the stated odds to be correct. If incorrect odds are displayed by mistake, gold bat reserves the right to void those bets. Pre-match bets generally cannot be changed after an event has started.
5.3 Match Cancellation
If a match or event is cancelled, the stake is generally returned. However, in certain situations (such as when a specific over has been completed), the outcome of the bet may already be settled.
5.4 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:
- Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
- Using betting software, bots, or automated methods.

- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
- Conducting activities using another user's information.
6 VIP Program and Cashback
The gold bat VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers cashback at a set rate on weekly net losses.
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
- Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
- Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on the week's total net losses (total losses minus total winnings). For example, if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback. VIP tier change criteria are set by gold bat and are reviewed regularly.
7 Account Closure and Suspension
7.1 Closure at the User's Request
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, active bonus wagering must be completed or the bonus must be forfeited.
7.2 Closure by gold bat
gold bat may suspend or permanently close an account in the following cases:
- Breach of any clause of these Terms.
- Providing false information or failing identity verification.
- Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
- The account being inactive for an extended period.
8 Responsible Gaming
